From Royal Marine Commando, to multi-award-winning civilian career. From 140.6 mile Ironman Triathlon to 100+ mile Ultra-Marathons. From training 356 days a year into my 40’s and over 2 amazing decades of coaching people from all walks of life.

Through all of those experiences, one thing became clear:
