Graeme is a former Royal Marine Commando, having served in specialist roles including maritime operations, anti-piracy and the protection of the UK’s nuclear deterrent. During his service he was awarded “PT Superior” in recognition of physical training leadership and standards.
Following his military career, he moved into the civilian sector where he held leadership roles across large international organisations, with responsibility for operations, people development and business performance at scale, including EBITDA accountability of approximately £15–20 million.
Over the past two decades, he has worked across both corporate and fitness environments, coaching individuals ranging from senior leaders and professionals through to people looking to improve their health, mindset and consistency in everyday life.
That experience led to a simple conclusion:
Most performance problems are not technical — they are behavioural, structural, and sustained under pressure.
Today, Graeme focuses on helping a select group of individuals build lasting strength, resilience and capability through structured coaching that connects physical performance, mindset, and real-world demands.
His work is centred around one principle:
Build a capable life — not just short-term results.
