Fitness Boxing Coach.
For over a decade, Graeme has worked one-on-one with men and women of all ages, teaching the fundamentals of fitness boxing from the ground up.
Build your confidence through structured pad work, footwork, combinations, and more - all tailored to your pace and ability. And the the best part… no danger, no sparring, no head or body contact - just fun, focused and dynamic pad work integrated into your fitness routine.
It’s a fun, energising way to break up your workout while learning a life long skill.

Graeme trains 365 days a year as a dedicated multi-discipline athlete as he progress into his 40’s.
He is a Triathlete (swim, bike, run).
Weightlifter - 6 days a week using multiple methods, plans, periodisation with bodyweight only, barbell work, machines and the list goes on!
Ultra Runner - covering 100 miles total weekly run volume every week at elevation, all year round.
You wont be training like Graeme, and your training will be appropriately assessed and matched to your ability and goal. His training is suitable for those just beginning a fitness journey, looking to complete incredible feats or undergo complete life change. Either way, he will be training along side you every step of the way.
